This whole software solution has been divided in to the following major parts.


Back Office

In this section you can find all the required interfaces to feed the showroom information like locations, stock, staff, customers, account detail and all the other needed information.



This section deals with all the purchase related activities like purchase order creation, purchase receive, purchase return stock tracking etc. and can be assigned separately to designated staff.



Separately managed by the sales department for the transactions like quotation, vehicle sales, sales inoice, sales return sale letter and much more. All the required reports can be found in desired formats.



Right from lead generation and vehicle inquiry till payment collection communication can be dealt in this section. It includes customer inquiry, followups and after sales collection etc.



Easy Automobile includes an integrated accouting package which offers very easy to use accouting process like payment made, payment received, expenses, ledger, fund transfer and much more.



In this module your exchange staff can deal with all the vehicle exchanges activities like old vehicle purchase, old vehicles sales and reports to know as what profit earned through exchanged vehicles.


RTO & Insurance

This section covers the interfaces to deal with all the RTO and Insurance related activities like open cases of RTO and Insurance and their status as when can be delivered to customers.


Reports & Help Center

Here you can find all the business status reports like purchase, sales, service, exchange, GST paid, GST collected and many other day to day useful data along with user help manual.
